Vail - the almost albino

I was finally able to take Lucy back to the shelter today. Again with the bittersweet day, but not as bittersweet because having a guinea pig that bites really hinders the bonding process.

Kipper was still at the shelter, and I was really sad to see that he had gone back to his old ways, and did not remember me. He was super wiggly and bit from fear. It was really sad. He was my little cuddle baby a few weeks ago, and now hes a wild boy again. He is so sweet, but I don't know why his fear is so bad.

Anyway - this is Vail's blog post. I was told he was an albino, but in the car ride home I noticed ONE black hair on his nose. SO, he is an almost albino. Very sweet, loves to be held, but very skittish to catch. A big boy too, but a real cuddle bunny already and he does not even know me.

I look forward to getting to know him, and hope someone adopts Lucy while her biting is still under control.

Thanks for reading!
